Calendar Feb 16, 2023 at 6:30 pm, runs for 4 weeks

Join WSS resident artist Lisa Youngdahl explore color pencil on black! This may be your introduction to colored pencil or, if you have already used colored pencil, there are different techniques to learn for drawing on black.

Students will learn both basic colored pencil techniques and adapting these techniques to work on black board. The vivid color against a black board will add extra drama to your artwork! Starting with an underlaying drawing, the blending of layers of color will give a painterly quality to the drawings.
